We are currently looking to expand our team and require honest, professional, competent and compassionate care workers and care coordinators.
As a member of the care team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the personal care of the service user is maintained, according to the needs and capabilities of the individual.
You will also help promote personal and physical independence and choice as far as possible in the activities of daily living undertaken by the service user within their home environment.
You must be reliable, honest, caring, compassionate, competent, and enthusiastic
You must have a valid UK working visa if you are from outside the UK to be able to work for WiCare Services Ltd.
To protect our Service users every new employee is vetted by Disclosure Scotland and the Disclosure and Barring Service in England. If you have not already joined the new PVG scheme, this will involve an initial charge which will be payable with any employer when involved with vulnerable adults.
Experience within the care sector is beneficial but not essential an S/NVQ in social care is beneficial but again non-essential.
You must have a good command of English.
All our carers are required to attend an induction course.
All staff are also expected to attend our regular in-service training and supervision program in order to provide and deliver quality care
